Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, customers may return or exchange eligible products under the following conditions:

• 14-Day Returns: Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: Damaged, defective, or non-conforming products may be returned, replaced, or refunded within 7 days of receipt.

• Shipping Damage: If an item is damaged during shipping, please do not accept the delivery or contact us immediately with photos.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping and return fees are based on the original courier rates. Customers will not be charged for returns due to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

• Gifts & Promotions: Any free or discounted items must be returned with the original order.

• Refunds: Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 3 working days. COD refunds will be issued via electronic wallet or bank transfer.
